No trainers! ● Walking Socks extra pair in rucksack ● Walking Trousers or Shorts (Jeans and cotton T-shirts not suitable) ● Small personal first aid kit- (group leader will carry a larger kit) ● Spare warm layer ● Hats and gloves- 2 lots ● Head torch ● Rucksack Rucksack cover ● Facility to carry 2 litres of water bladder or bottles. ● High energy food, treats, snacks, lunch Extras you may want: ● Walking Poles ● Sunglasses ● Sun cream ● Map of the area (Ordnance Survey Explorer OS2) ● Power Bank and cable to keep mobile phone charged.
