🌄 Join Us for an Exciting Hiking Adventure! 🌄  Hey everyone! 🌟  We're thrilled to announce our upcoming hiking event and would love for you to join us! Whether you're an experienced hiker or just looking for a fun outdoor activity, this event is perfect for all skill levels.  📅 Date: 12.10.2024🕒 Time: 09.00   📍 Location:  Harby  🚶‍♂️ Distance: 8 miles  🌿 Difficulty Level: Easy  Starting in Harby outside the Bottle and Glass pub we cross over farmland on footpaths to Doddington Hall then onwards towards Skellingthorpe and through the Old Wood.  After a short break we continue across the Lincolnshire countryside to Broadholme before turning to head back towards Harby and the finish line where youre welcome to join us for refreshments at the Bottle and Glass.  Start Point for the walk is outside the Bottle and Glass on High Street,Harby. Whether you're an experienced hiker or just looking for a fun outdoor activity, this event is perfect for all skill levels.  Southwell Circular – this walk takes in sections of the Robin Hood Way long distance path. Starting on the outskirts of Southwell we head over open countryside to Epperstone where we’ll take a short break before heading accross farmland and forestry to Oxton and take our lunch before tackling Robin Hood Hill. We’ll then follow the Robin Hood Way back to our start point in Southwell.  This walk has some minor hills and several short ascents and descents and is mainly on footpaths, farm and woodland trails and minor country roads.  Parking and start point on Westhorpe,Southwell. Join us for a leisurely hike around Tunman Woods and Thorpe on the Hill. Starting outside the old Halfway House, adjacent to the A46 at Swinderby Roundabout we skirt the woods and head across the fields to Thorp on the Hill ,through the village and down a well established farm track back the woods. We then make our way through the woodland and out to Morton village and back to our start point. A good introduction walk with our group if you're just starting out, you'll be made very welcome.
