Whether you’re an experienced hiker or just looking for a fun outdoor activity.  \nSkiddaw the quiet way – Every wanted to scale Skiddaw\,the most northerly 3000ft mountain in the Lake District\,we’ll be doing it from the northern side of the fell instead of the regular tourist route from the south. Let us take you on this great route in the heart of the fells. \nFollowing the Cumbria Way from Peter House Farm all the way to Skiddaw House via Dash Falls gives a steady height gain and a great place for a break before a steeper ascent over Sale How to meet the main path from the south to Skiddaw summit. We’ll then head north down the fell taking in Bakestall summit before descending to meet the Cumbrian Way and heading back to the start. \nStart Point is the small parking area close to Peter House Farm near Orthwaite.
